Dana Bender is a Proper Sleep Coach and national board-certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in corporate wellness and fitness, stress management, and yoga teaching. Dana also has specialized training in cognitive-behavioral techniques from her MS in Clinical Health Psychology and Counseling. Her coach training is through Guiding Mindful Change.

She takes a holistic, whole-person approach while coaching. From her work in wellness and fitness helping individuals change their behavior, she has seen that improving sleep can help make a meaningful impact on all dimensions of wellness.
