Proper Sleep CoachKelly Day O’Brien is a national board-certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in integrative and functional lifestyle strategies. She has additional training and expertise in sleep behavior change. Her coach training is through Duke Integrative Medicine where she continues as a Coach Training Assistant for on-going cohorts.
Kelly has over 25 years of healthcare experience, including hundreds of hours of individual and group coaching. It was during her early career as a broadcast journalist that she came to understand—first hand— the critical connection between sleep quality and optimal well-being.
