Proper Sleep CoachLauren Hoogs is a Proper Sleep Coach and national board-certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in integrative healthcare. She has additional training and expertise in sleep behavior change. Her coach training is through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
In addition to her work with Proper, Lauren works with her local hospital developing and running wellness programs, teaches fitness classes, and works with an integrative healthcare team, Total Life Concept. She experienced several health issues in her late teens and early twenties that showed her the power sleep had on her body's ability to heal.
